MARKETING COORDINATOR (Part Time)

ARAH Agency is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing. In this role, you will assist in coordinating various marketing activities, from campaign planning and execution to market research and analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media & Influencer Relations
 

  • Assist with client social media content creation, including photoshoots, photo editing, caption creation and overall strategy.

  • Assist in the management of influencer partnerships including outreach, scheduling, PR box distribution and appointment scheduling.

  • Assist in planning client events and capture key moments for social media.

  • Provide a weekly report of top trends on social media.

  • Manage client monthly social media/influencer reports and send to clients.

  • Capture social media content at ARAH Agency events.

Public Relations & Communications

  • Assist in drafting press releases and promotional materials.

  • Monitor client media coverage, KPI’s and new store/business openings throughout the Philadelphia area.

  • Attend client news segments as needed & prepare segment prep docs.

  • Assist in the creation and execution of newsletters, e-blasts and other direct communication strategies.

  • Create client call agendas and take notes during client calls for distribution.

Events & Networking

  • Cultivate and maintain relations with clients, influencers and media contacts.

  • Attend events on behalf of ARAH Agency.

  • Assist in planning client events and happenings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.

  • Time management skills.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and a fast paced working environment.
