We are growing fast and looking for a talented Content Creator who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands aesthetics intuitively, and knows how to bring a brand’s presence to life across platforms.

Role Overview

The Content Creator will lead photo and video capture, editing, and social-ready content production across ARAH Agency’s client roster. This role is hands-on, from concepting and shooting to editing and packaging deliverables. You will work across restaurants, hotels, events, wellness brands, and high-profile experiences, creating content that feels elevated, relevant, and aligned with each client’s brand identity.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content during shoots, events, services, and activations.

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and cross-platform use (strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and trending formats).

• Create visually cohesive social content - including static posts, carousels, Reels/TikToks, and UGC-style pieces.

• Develop shoot concepts, shot lists, and creative direction based on each brand’s goals.

• Turn content around quickly while maintaining an elevated, polished aesthetic.

• Work closely with the ARAH team to align content with PR pushes, campaigns, events, and launches.

• Maintain an organized content library and label assets for seamless team sharing.

• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, audio, and editing styles relevant to hospitality, lifestyle, and events.

• Support on-site at client shoots, media events, influencer activations, and restaurant/hotel experiences.

• Collaborate with designers, PR leads, and social managers to ensure all content reinforces overall strategy.

What You Bring

• Proven experience creating social-first content for brands - ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, or events.

• Strong shooting and editing skills (iPhone or camera; CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, etc.).

• A natural eye for composition, detail, lighting, and brand alignment.

• Ability to work quickly, pivot easily, and produce high-quality work on tight timelines.

• Comfort being on-site at restaurants, hotels, and events during evenings or weekends as needed.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

• Highly reliable, organized, and committed to producing strong, on-brand deliverables.

• A genuine passion for content, creativity, and the restaurant/hospitality world.

• Experience directing talent or guests during shoots

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)

• Graphic design experience

• Photography-level gear or equipment

• Past work supporting PR or social media teams
