MARKETING COORDINATOR (Part Time)
ARAH Agency is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Influencer Relations

Assist with client social media content creation, including photoshoots, photo editing, caption creation and overall strategy.

Assist in the management of influencer partnerships including outreach, scheduling, PR box distribution and appointment scheduling.

Assist in planning client events and capture key moments for social media.

Provide a weekly report of top trends on social media.

Manage client monthly social media/influencer reports and send to clients.

Capture social media content at ARAH Agency events.
Public Relations & Communications

Assist in drafting press releases and promotional materials.

Monitor client media coverage, KPI’s and new store/business openings throughout the Philadelphia area.

Attend client news segments as needed & prepare segment prep docs.

Assist in the creation and execution of newsletters, e-blasts and other direct communication strategies.

Create client call agendas and take notes during client calls for distribution.
Events & Networking
-
Cultivate and maintain relations with clients, influencers and media contacts.

Attend events on behalf of ARAH Agency.

Assist in planning client events and happenings.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Time management skills.
